Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our Melbourne team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
